Job Description:
Exxeella Global Edtech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and motivated Immigration Consultant with 1 year of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with immigration procedures, particularly for Canada and Australia, along with expertise in visiting visas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate guidance and advice to clients regarding immigration options for Canada and Australia.
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications, ensuring all documents meet government standards.
- Handle visiting visa applications with knowledge of visa categories, requirements, and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and regulations of Canada, Australia, and relevant visa categories.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on application status.
- Maintain client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration consulting.
- Knowledge of Canada and Australia immigration processes is mandatory.
- Experience with visiting visa applications for different countries.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple client applications simultaneously.
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.
