Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Student Counseling: Understand the needs and aspirations of candidate or students and provide tailored counseling to guide them towards the course.
- Sales Conversion: Assist in converting leads into candidate or students by effectively presenting the benefits of the and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, candidate or students to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Follow-up and Nurturing: Regularly follow up with potential students who have shown interest, answering any questions they may have and providing additional information to help them make informed decisions.
- Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure that marketing initiatives are effectively driving business development efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Educational Counseling: Experience in advising students or clients on academic or professional paths.
- Fluency in Multiple Languages.
