The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Supervise and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions.

Oversee the preparation and analysis of accurate financial statements and reports.

Ensure the integrity of the general ledger and compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures.

Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide required documentation.

Manage a team of accountants, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Partner with FP&A, tax, payroll, and other cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems, including automation initiatives.

Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards (US GAAP)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

~5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity .

~ In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, and internal controls.

~ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks Enterprise).

~ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
