Job Title: Internal AuditorLocation: Delhi NCR (On-site)Experience: 8+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Overview:We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to independently manage internal audit assignments, conduct process reviews, and ensure compliance with internal control frameworks (ICFR), SOPs, and regulatory standards.✅ Key Responsibilities:Handle internal audit assignments , SOP reviews , and ICFR evaluations independentlyReview and strengthen internal control systems across departmentsLiaise with process owners to resolve audit observations and document responsesPrepare and finalize audit reports ; present key findings to senior stakeholdersEnsure compliance with risk management protocols and documentation standardsGenerate MIS reports , dashboards, and audit summariesCoordinate with audit teams to meet quality standards and turnaround timelinesQualifications & Skills:8 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, or complianceSound understanding of ICFR, SOPs, risk control matrices, and internal control systemsProficiency in Tally , MS Excel , PowerPoint , Word , and ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or NavisionExcellent verbal and written communication, report drafting, and presentation skillsQualification: B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or CMA preferred)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in teamsWhat We Offer:Exposure to cross-industry audits and compliance practicesA professional, growth-oriented, and collaborative environmentMentorship and continuous learning opportunitiesStructured processes with ownership and autonomy in audit deliverySalary:Competitive – based on experience and qualification
