Bengaluru serves as the central hub for their HR, operations, and people experience functions. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Role Summary Company: Real Estate & Senior Living Category Leaders (Name shared during process) Official Designation: Manager - HR Years of Experience: Minimum 5–12 years (specializing in non tech recruitment ) Job Type: Full-time, On-site, Mon-Fri & Alternate Saturdays working - so 5.5 day work week). Work Location: Sudhama Nagar, Central Bengaluru. Reporting To: Head - HR Compensation Band: Upto ₹12 LPA , based on relevant experience, interview performance & last drawn compensation. (non negotiable) ---------------------------------------------------------------- Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and process-strong Manager – HR specializing in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding . This role will steer end-to-end hiring across levels while building an employer brand that attracts, engages, and retains high-quality talent. The ideal candidate is data-driven, operationally strong, excellent at stakeholder management, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. This position directly influences workforce planning, team scalability, and brand positioning in a rapidly growing sector. Applicants must be deeply passionate about hiring, engagement, storytelling, and building people-centric HR ecosystems. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities I) Talent Acquisition — End-to-End Ownership (80%) Workforce Planning & Stakeholder Management Partner with HR Head & department heads to forecast hiring needs. Understand job requirements, JD creation, and capability mapping. Align talent strategies with business growth and organizational culture. Keep the head HR informed of weekly progress reports - ensuring no communication gaps & drops in reporting. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, internal referrals, recruitment agencies, networks. Build proactive pipelines for high-growth roles and niche skills. Maintain and nurture talent pools for future roles. Effectively & expertly manage & successfully juggle multiple roles per month. (This is not a mass hiring role at all - but the applicant is expected to be an expert recruiter) Screening, Assessment & Interviewing Conduct resume screening, telephonic evaluations, competency assessments. Coordinate panel interviews and hiring calibration discussions. Drive structured interview systems—scorecards, rubrics, evaluation frameworks. Ensure exceptional end-to-end candidate experience. Hiring Metrics & Analytics Manage recruitment dashboards through Excel & KEKA ATS . Track critical metrics: Time-to-Fill Offer-to-Join Ratio Pipeline Velocity & Drop-offs Diversity Hiring Sourcing Channel Performance Present insights to leadership for improved hiring decisions. Vendor Management Manage staffing partners, niche search firms, and contract sourcing agencies. Drive SLAs, performance monitoring, and periodic vendor evaluations. Hiring Compliance & Documentation Ensure documentation accuracy: ID proofs, forms, background checks, joining kits. Maintain complete audit-ready hiring records and MIS. Pre-boarding & Onboarding Support Coordinate offer issuance, acceptance, pre-boarding touchpoints, joining formalities. Improve Day-1 experience through structured onboarding flow. II) Employer Branding — Strategy & Execution (20%) Digital & Social Media Branding Develop employer branding content: employee stories, culture videos, team highlights. Strengthen presence on LinkedIn, careers page, and other talent platforms. Brand Messaging & Content Creation Curate employer brand messaging aligned with organizational values. Collaborate with Marketing & Internal Communications for storytelling initiatives. Reputation Management Monitor and respond to reviews on Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, Google, etc. Drive positive engagement through employee advocacy and feedback programs. Campus & Early Talent Initiatives Organize campus hiring, internships, and young talent engagement. Build structured internship frameworks and learning experiences. Employer Branding Metrics Track and report: Engagement rates EB campaign reach Career page conversions Referral program performance ---------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications & Skill Sets Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration 5–8 years of strong Talent Acquisition experience ; employer branding exposure preferred. Hands-on experience hiring across functions & roles Excellent sourcing skills across channels. Strong analytical skills with mastery in MS Excel (pivot tables, recruitment dashboards, charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP). Experience with ATS platforms (KEKA preferred). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration ability. Ability to work in structured, process-based, high-growth environments.
