(June 2025 - June 2026) FUNCTION: CFO LOCATION: Mumbai, India TYPE: Permanent Role Seniority : Junior Associate GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager(s), Business Leader(s), Support Function(s), and/or Teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across various functions. You will assist in the coordination and execution of Envu’s projects within your areas of responsibility, contributing to the successful and timely completion of initiatives. Additionally, you will manage ‘Ad Hoc Support’ tasks, handling additional responsibilities as they arise and ensuring that all assigned segments are addressed effectively and promptly. This dynamic approach will allow you to support both ongoing projects and emerging needs within the organization. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to Managers, Business Leaders, Support Functions, and Teams, ensuring smooth operations. You will assist with Envu's projects, helping them run successfully and on time. Additionally, you will handle 'Ad Hoc Support' tasks, taking on extra responsibilities as needed to ensure everything is managed effectively. This adaptable approach allows you to support both ongoing and new initiatives. Responsibilities: Coordinate internal meetings (invites, logistics, room booking and set up, catering,..) Assemble and analyze information (prepare reports, agendas, correspondence and memorandum as guided by general company practice) Arrange external meetings (coordination with ‘host’, Business Coordinator, Meeting Planner (when applicable) Onsite office management (mail, shipping, maintenance, safety, office supplies, visitors, office set up (when applicable, or provide support to the Office Manager)) Assist with org. charts, distribution lists, branding, personnel announcements, communication meetings Coordinate Onboarding / Offboarding RESTRICTED Process, coordinate Invoices/PRs/POs/Vendor accounts, in close collaboration with Procurement and A/P Cross train Admin Assistants, and ensure back up when needed (interface with other assistants to share and coordinate workload) Propose measures to optimize and simplify processes and tools when applicable Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners. Only for LT members and MDs, if really needed: Process expense report Manage calendars Book and coordinate business travel KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: Admin Assistants, Managers, co-workers External: customers, distributors, agencies, 3rd parties,… (may vary) ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE? Main requirements: Proficient in Windows 10, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, D365 Outstanding organizational, time management, decision-making and self-motivational skills as well as multi-tasking skills are imperative to effectively perform the functions of this position, due to the diverse job responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills, professional and ethical work practices are also required. Must possess the ability to effectively interact with employees in several functional departments. Cross-function tasks with the Office Manager (if applicable) Proven ability to exercise judgment, use discretion, and always operate with integrity; confidentiality. Fast learner, agile, resilient, flexible Knowledge of Envu tools and organizations.
