The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in estimation, budgeting, billing, and contract management.Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Assurance:Lead the implementation of rigorous quality control procedures throughout the real estate development lifecycle.Ensure compliance with established industry standards and specifications, maintaining the integrity of project execution.2. Billing Management:Oversee all aspects of project billing, including the verification of completed work and quantity calculations.Prepare accurate invoices and manage the administration of variations and change orders effectively.3. Contract Management:Conduct thorough review and management of real estate contracts, ensuring strict adherence to terms and conditions.Engage in negotiations when necessary to optimize contract terms and enhance project profitability.4.
