About the Role Fitterfly is developing innovative products in the digital health domain. We are looking for a Product Manager – Product Operations & Engagement who will drive user engagement, retention, and communication strategies across our products. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven decision-making with creativity to design and execute campaigns that improve user journeys and product adoption.

Product Operations: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure engagement features and communication flows are well integrated into the product.

Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with product managers, growth teams, and leadership to align engagement strategies with overall business and product goals.

2–5 years of experience in product operations, growth, or engagement management roles.

~ Hands-on experience with user segmentation, funnels, cohorts, and retention analysis .

~ Ability to create and interpret dashboards (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).

~ Strong understanding of A/B testing frameworks and experimentation methodologies.

~ Analytical and data-driven mindset with a track record of improving product engagement.

~ ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to enhance personal productivity in research, analysis, and documentation.

~ Demonstrable experience in defining, launching, and iterating on products with significant AI/ML components (e.g., Experience in SaaS, health-tech, or consumer-tech products.

Familiarity with SQL, Google Analytics, and Firebase.
