Key Accountables:
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
Operate video equipment, lighting, & sound and collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Add effects, transitions, and audio tracks to enhance video quality.
Ensure final videos are optimized for digital distribution (file size, aspect ratio, etc.).
Brainstorm video ideas for promotional campaigns, tutorials, testimonials, and product launches.
Work closely with content writers, graphic designers, and social media managers to align video content with branding and messaging strategies.
Analyze video performance metrics (views, engagement, click-through rates) and suggest improvements.
Must Haves:
Proven experience of minimum 2 years in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of storytelling, framing, and composition.
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and digital publishing standards.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.) and video trends.
Basic knowledge of graphic design or animation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
