Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented

Videographer & Video Editor

to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is someone who can bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and transform concepts into high-quality visual content. You will be responsible for filming, editing, and delivering compelling video content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Filming & Production:Capture high-quality video content, including brand campaigns, social media videos, events, behind-the-scenes footage, product highlights, and promotional content.Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to achieve desired results.Scout and suggest shoot locations that align with the brand's aesthetic.Direct models, actors, and staff during shoots to achieve the best visual representation.

Video Editing:Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.Add music, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance the story and visual appeal.Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, website, etc.), ensuring they are visually appealing and effective.Implement feedback from creative leads and make adjustments to videos as needed.

Creative Input & Collaboration:Brainstorm and pitch creative video concepts that align with marketing goals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video formats, and platform algorithms to ensure our content remains relevant and on-trend.Work closely with the marketing and social media team to understand content needs and deliver impactful videos.

Content Organization & Management:Manage and organize video files, ensuring all footage is archived and easily accessible.Maintain and update a library of B-roll, motion graphics, and other video assets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Videographer & Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects (fashion experience is a plus).Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.Solid understanding of camera operation, lighting, sound, and composition.Strong storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and video trends.Familiarity with motion graphics and animation is a plus.Basic understanding of color correction and grading.
