For more information about Intellect, visit Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and talented professional to drive our Talent Development initiatives and align them with our overall business strategy. In this role, you will be a key partner to business leaders and subject matter experts, responsible for the end-to-end creation and execution of impactful behavioral and management programs. Duties and Responsibilities Partner and Strategize: Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to identify and address company-wide developmental needs. Design & Develop: Apply proven instructional design frameworks to develop unique behavioral and management learning solutions—from e-learning to blended programs—designed to directly improve the performance of our associates. Implement & Deliver: Lead the implementation and delivery of all learning solutions, from logistical coordination to hands-on facilitation. You will ensure a seamless learning experience for all associates while personally delivering engaging and foundational training sessions for our junior-level talent. Optimize Program quality : Continuously improve our offerings by systematically evaluating program effectiveness leveraging learning analytics, performance data, qualitative feedback from focus groups, and ongoing stakeholder input to iterate on content and delivery, ensuring all learning solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with evolving business needs Demonstrate Business Impact: Go beyond traditional metrics by driving learning
