Somebody who believes that they are an A - player Somebody who wants to build great products that millions of users will love - rather than designing corporate dashboards Experience is a plus, but not key - At Stroll, I believe the most important thing is rate of growth, rather than current technical capability. Only those who truly seek and fit one of an early stage startup will be considered. ————————————————————————————————— Role: Senior Node.js Developer - Full Time Salary Range: $1000-2500 SGD Seniority - Mid / Senior - Open Seniority ; Based on Interview fundamental skillsets Company: Stroll ‍♂️(Website: stroll.sg ) Current Salary is ok - not the best. However the mission statement is to become a $bn dollars company within the next 5 years. If things go well I expect your compensation to x5-10 minimum accordingly as a "founding team member" Backend structure is already sound - looking for another Mid/Senior for refactoring / preparing for launch. Usually I'd suggest the candidate to just download the app to check it out - but the public build is currently unavailable due to a current design / code refactoring sprint post beta test Responsibilities: Understand Product & Build, Create a great, fast, scalable backend. Key Skillsets Required: Working experience of Nodejs ( +Typescript). Experience with both relational (RDS) and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB). Proven experience building scalable backend solutions. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Good knowledge of AWS building scalable solutions.
