Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. You will support our creative efforts by designing visual content for digital, print, and social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment, with opportunities to work on a variety of design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the design team in creating compelling visual assets for web, print, and social media.
Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistent design across all platforms.
Collaborate with senior designers, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality work.
Develop and refine design concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
Prepare digital assets for website use, social media posts, and marketing campaigns.
Stay updated on current design trends and techniques.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of basic design principles, color theory, and typography.
Ability to work on multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of animation or video editing software.
Familiarity with web design principles and tools.
Prior experience with social media content creation.
