Responsibilities

  • Maintaining good relationships between existing and new clients.
  • Handling delivery of new sales projects (after sales).
  • Responsible for the delivery of the project on a timely basis.
  • Handling and addressing all the queries and grievances of the clients.
  • Coordinating and updating the project status to clients and management on time.
  • Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company
  • Establish relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor to help ensure the continued value of our products and services
  • Communicate effectively with the internal team to better understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings

Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • Experience in telemarketing or post-sales/ or customer success
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • 0 – 3 year experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • US Market B2B is an added advantage
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
  • Willing to work in the Night shift.
