Job Title: ETL Developer with Power BI Expertise
Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust ETL processes and expertise in Power BI for data visualization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the organization’s data management and reporting initiatives, ensuring seamless data integration, transformation, and insightful business intelligence reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
ETL Development:
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows for high efficiency and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.
Data Modeling and Integration:
Collaborate with data architects and analysts to define and implement data models that support business needs.
Integrate data from multiple sources such as databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
Power BI Development:
Create and maintain visually compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI based on business requirements.
Develop data models and measures using DAX to support dynamic reporting.
Provide insights and analysis through interactive dashboards to assist in decision-making.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Power BI solutions.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and IT teams.
Document ETL and Power BI processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica, etc.).
Expertise in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and reporting.
Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and data modeling.
Experience with DAX, Power Query, and other Power BI components.
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
