Salesforce Development & CustomizationDevelop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce Pages .Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic and responsive user experiences.Implement Flows, Process Builders, and Declarative Automations for business logic.2. Integration & API DevelopmentDevelop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.Work with MuleSoft, middleware tools, and third-party connectors for seamless data exchange.Implement OAuth, Single Sign-On (SSO), and External Identity Integrations .3. Performance Optimization & DebuggingOptimize SOQL queries, Apex code, and LWC performance for efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, security, and integrations .Ensure data consistency and integrity across Salesforce and integrated applications.4. Collaboration & Agile DevelopmentWork closely with offshore and onsite teams , including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams.Participate in Agile sprints, daily stand-ups, and code reviews .Document technical solutions and provide support for deployment and training .5. DevOps & DeploymentWork with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for deployments.Ensure smooth sandbox-to-production migration and release management.Automate unit testing and regression testing using Salesforce DX.Qualifications & Skills Required:✅ 8 + years of Salesforce development experience .✅ Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Triggers .✅ Expertise in REST/SOAP API development, integrations, and third-party connectors .✅ Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, OAuth, and SSO .✅ Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud .✅ Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (Copado, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins) .✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best coding practices .✅ Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Integration Architect) preferred.
