The candidate should be skilled in delivering scalable, secure solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and customize using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs- Configure objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approval processes- Handle integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs & middleware- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices & coding standards- Manage deployments and release cycles using CI/CD tools- Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvementsRequired Skills:- 5–8 years in Salesforce development- Strong in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules- Experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Jitterbit, Boomi – a plus)- Hands-on with DevOps tools (Copado, Git, ANT, etc.)- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory); Dev II preferred- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
