Job Description:

1. Finalisation of annual accounts – Indian GAAP

2. Supervision and team building

3. Statutory compliances – Direct and Indirect

4. Leading role in business decision

5. Evaluation of new business case

6. Familiar with US GAAP reporting

7. Annual business plan and forecast roll up - CY

8. Monthly accounts closing and Flash reporting

9. To ensure real time books of accounts maintained

10. Close coordination with General Manager / Head of department

11. Strong communication skill

12. Strong hold on transfer pricing / arm length price compliance

13. Close coordination with India group office

14. Manage and comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements

and tax filings

15. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

16. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost

Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

17. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

18. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and

strengthen internal controls

19. Supplier integrity test

20. Monthly payroll review and testing

21. Closely monitoring monthly Capital tracker.


Requirements and skills:

1: 8+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience

2: CA/CMA – Professional qualifications

3: Excellent in accounting software and administration skills
