• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across client servicing, creative, production,operations, digital marketing, and support teams.
• Create and update job descriptions and postings across portals and social platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and agency partners.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule and manage F2F, virtual, and walk-in interviews.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions based on project timelines.HR Executive Tasks
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new joiners.
• Maintain employee database and documentation.
• Support probation review coordination and confirmations.
