Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support our HR Manager in all aspects of the HR function. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong interest in human resources and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards (Non-IT roles).
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials.
- Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HRIS system.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the HR Manager in performance management processes.
- Assist with general office administration and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Contribute to various HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field and looking at a 6 months internship that leads to direct placement.
- Strong interest in human resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
- Knowledge of Hindi is important and local language (Kannada) is an added advantage though not compulsory
- Must be well-settled in Bangalore and able to commute to the Race Course Road office within one hour.

Compensation:

₹5000 Per Month for the First Six Months and Thereafter we will absorb you as a Employee.
