The Senior Learning Facilitator will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality online PG/MBA programs. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and facilitating engaging online learning experiences that meet the academic and professional needs of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Design and Development:
- Collaborate with academic teams to design and develop online courses aligned with program objectives and industry standards.
- Utilize LMS platforms to create interactive and engaging learning modules, including lectures, quizzes, assignments, and discussions.
- Ensure the quality and relevance of course content, incorporating the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Online Teaching and Facilitation:
- Deliver live online lectures and webinars using virtual classroom technology.
- Facilitate online discussions, forums, and group activities to foster student engagement and collaboration.
- Provide timely and personalized feedback on student assignments and assessments.
- Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey.
- LMS Administration:
- Proficiently use LMS platforms to manage course content, track student progress, and communicate with students.
- Stay updated on the latest LMS features and functionalities to enhance the learning experience.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop and administer assessments, including exams, quizzes, and projects, to evaluate student learning.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their performance.
- Analyze student data to identify areas for improvement in course design and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching at the PG/MBA level.
- Proven experience in online teaching and facilitation using LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
