Senior Consultant

Senior Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate. The role involves working with data models, SQL, and SharePoint, and includes tasks such as building automated workflows, Power BI repot development, and integration with cloud services like Azure.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power AutomateDesign, build, and support Power BI reports and dashboardsWrite, optimize, and debug SQL-based stored proceduresCreate and manage workflows using SharePoint Designer or modern workflow toolsDesign and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate .Create automated workflows to streamline business processes and integrate with SharePoint , Microsoft Teams , Outlook , and other M365 services.Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports based on complex data models and SQL queries.Build and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including custom lists, document libraries, Power Apps integration, and SPFx components if required.Work with Dataverse , SQL databases , and Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Blob Storage) to design secure, scalable integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and lead technical implementation.Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment of solutions across environments.Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform roadmap, updates, and best practices.Essential SkillsJobExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essentialMust have proven expertise with Power platformExpertise on SQL knowledge is a mustKnowledge on Cloud platform is a plusPersonalUnderstand business objectives and organizational structure to align work with strategic goalsDemonstrate strong work ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness in all responsibilitiesMaintain high attention to detail while ensuring confidentiality and data securityExhibit a collaborative attitude and commitment to excellence as a reliable team playerEffectively manage pressure and meet multiple daily deadlines with a composed and mature approach5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online development , including lists/libraries, permissions, Power Apps/Automate integration, and basic SPFx/custom scripts.Proficiency in SQL , data modeling , and working with relational and non-relational data sources.Experience in integrating Power Platform apps with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault).Familiarity with Dataverse , REST APIs, and custom connectors.Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) within the Power Platform environment.Ability to gather requirements, design architecture, and implement solutions with minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.Preferred SkillsJobReport development skills preferably Power BIPreferable knowledge of SharePoint lists and basic understanding of SharePoint Designer or modern workflows.Understanding of Financial Concepts is a plusAzure knowledge is requiredPersonalExhibit a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetPossess strong interpersonal skills and sound business acumenThrive in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines and demanding client expectationsDemonstrate a curious and analytical mindset, capable of evaluating multiple influencing factors in a given situation
