This role sits within the Consumer Finance – Digital Lending vertical.What This Role Really IsA high-ownership growth leadership role where you run the entire app funnel as a business — acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, monetization, and P&L levers.If you enjoy deep analytics, growth experiments, lifecycle journeys, and shaping product behaviour, you’ll thrive here.What You Will Own1. App Growth & PerformanceGrow installs, activations, MAU/DAU, repeat usageReduce drop-offs across the lending funnelBuild & scale growth experiments (A/B tests, UX optimizations, behavioural nudges)2. P&L & Acquisition EconomicsOwn category P&LDrive CAC efficiency and channel mix optimisationIdentify new revenue opportunities: cross-sell, up-sell, 3rd-party monetisation3. Lifecycle, Retention & EngagementDesign and run journeys across onboarding → activation → reactivationManage loyalty & referral programsBuild segmentation strategies based on behavioural cohorts4. Growth Stack & AnalyticsHands-on with tools like:Clever Tap / Mo Engage / Web Engage , Firebase , SQL , Tableau , GA , Play ConsoleBuild dashboards, run funnel analytics, generate insights, and influence product decisions5.
