AVP – Growth | Digital Lending Reports to: Head Growth Location: Delhi About the Company A fast-growing fintech transforming how India borrows. The company operates across corporate lending, affordable housing, consumer finance, and digital lending — with a rapidly scaling, app-led business that reaches millions of users. This role sits within the Consumer Finance – Digital Lending vertical. What This Role Really Is A high-ownership growth leadership role where you run the entire app funnel as a business — acquisition, activation, retention, cross-sell, monetization, and P&L levers. If you enjoy deep analytics, growth experiments, lifecycle journeys, and shaping product behaviour, you’ll thrive here. What You Will Own 1. App Growth & Performance Grow installs, activations, MAU/DAU, repeat usage Reduce drop-offs across the lending funnel Build & scale growth experiments (A/B tests, UX optimizations, behavioural nudges) 2. P&L & Acquisition Economics Own category P&L Drive CAC efficiency and channel mix optimisation Identify new revenue opportunities: cross-sell, up-sell, 3rd-party monetisation 3. Lifecycle, Retention & Engagement Design and run journeys across onboarding → activation → reactivation Manage loyalty & referral programs Build segmentation strategies based on behavioural cohorts 4. Growth Stack & Analytics Hands-on with tools like: CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage , Firebase , SQL , Tableau , GA , Play Console Build dashboards, run funnel analytics, generate insights, and influence product decisions 5. Cross-Functional Ownership Partner with product, analytics, risk, and marketing Drive execution through influence, speed, and clarity What We’re Looking For 7–10 years of experience in growth / lifecycle / app marketing Experience in fintech, lending, consumer finance or high-volume consumer apps Strong command of growth analytics, segmentation, retention, funnels Someone who has run an app like a business — not just campaigns Comfortable with data, ambiguity, and shaping strategy end-to-end Who Should Apply Growth operators who’ve scaled app-led businesses Leaders who enjoy P&L exposure People who think in funnels, not flyers Anyone who thrives in fast-moving, numbers-driven environments If this sounds like you, I’d love to connect.
