Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Outreach & Relationship Management:
- Initiate Collaborations: Connect with brands, content creators, podcast guests, and other potential partners aligned with the company’s growth goals.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify and approach brands for collaborations, particularly for the XP shop.
- Coordination: Collaborate with the designated point of contact for each partnership, ensuring smooth execution and communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Deliverables Management: Track and ensure fulfillment of all partnership deliverables as agreed upon.
2. Marketing & Content Support:
- Podcast Quality Control (QC): Conduct quality checks for podcasts and other social media content to maintain standards.
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent marketing strategy.
- Research & Background Checks: Perform thorough research and credibility checks on potential partners and relevant business development activities.
- Copywriting: Create and refine copy and captions for a range of content across platforms.
- Social Media Engagement: Enhance and monitor social media engagement through proactive interactions and content improvements.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in business development, marketing, or partnership management, ideally in digital content, media, or marketing.
- Proven ability to initiate and maintain successful partnerships.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media management tools and CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Employment Type: Full-time, in-office
- Assignment Completion: Required as part of the hiring process
- Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday off)
- Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM
