Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and organized Interior Designer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about design, and enjoys turning creative ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project requirements.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and layouts.
- Create detailed 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and technical specifications.
- Source materials, furniture, and decor, maintaining a balance between aesthetics, functionality, and budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design techniques.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in (mention specific areas, e.g., residential, hospitality, or commercial projects).
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and executed designs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sustainable or eco-friendly design principles.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
