Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to execute the current corporate strategic plan and develop
- additional plans.
- Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company’s revenue-generating
- departments.
- Manage the sales team to drive business growth across all customer segments, and share
- responsibility with the marketing department for improving strategy and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing teams, help in preparing pricing strategies, and business
- models for achieving revenue goals.
- Interacting with clients, potential leads
- Outlining business proposition
- Identifying product and service gap
- Creating Customer Segmentation
- Competition benchmarking.
- Researching and staying up-to-date on latest market trends and advancements.
- Being a part of client and design team meetings
- Closing sales lead.
- Managing entire sales team
- Achieving monthly sales target
- Identifying new avenues to do improve sales
Who can apply?
- Candidate who has min 6+ yrs of sales experience in Interior firm
- Candidates should be based in Bangalore
- Should have experience in handling team before
- Should have headed sales function in the past
Qualification -:
- B.Arch. or BSc. Interiors/Diploma in Interior designing/B Tech in Civil
- MBA in sales & marketing is an add on
