About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in .NET technologies and a strong understanding of implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing technical teams, and aligning technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Technology Innovation: Lead the adoption of AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes, customer experiences, and product offerings.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of software solutions, with a focus on .NET technologies .
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • System Architecture: Design scalable and robust architectures to support business growth and ensure system reliability.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, product managers, and stakeholders to define project scopes and priorities.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the technology budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks in technology development and deployment.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and .NET , integrating cutting-edge technologies as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in .NET technologies (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
  • Strong experience in developing and deploying AI solutions (e.g., machine learning models, natural language processing, predictive analytics).
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a CTO or senior technical leadership role, managing cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects from concept to deployment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of market trends and competitive landscapes in AI and software development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating AI into existing systems and processes.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS .
  • Knowledge of data engineering, big data platforms, and AI ethics.
