Rigel Networks Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced and strategic IT leader to head our Information Technology department.

As Chief Technology Officer - Digital Transformation, you will oversee the overall IT operations, infrastructure, and applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of our IT systems and data.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • IT Operations and Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including datacenters, cloud services, and network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SDWAN). Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • IT Applications: Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications, including SAP and other business-critical systems. Ensure seamless integration of applications with SAP and other systems.
  • IT Governance and ITGC: Develop and implement IT governance policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with ITGC (IT General Controls) and other regulatory requirements.
  • Cloud and Industrial Automation: Manage the implementation and maintenance of cloud services, including AWS. Oversee the integration of industrial automation systems, including SIEMENS PLC/SCADA equipment.
  • IT and Data Security: Develop and implement IT security policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data, including cyber security and SIEM implementation.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, including OEM and commercial negotiations. Ensure effective vendor management and contract compliance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure management, and applications management
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, ITGC, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with cloud services, including AWS
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including SIEMENS PLC/SCADA equipment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
