Role Description

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces while ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  2. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and improve designs.
  3. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts.
  4. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement user-centric designs.
  5. Ensure design consistency and alignment with branding guidelines.
  6. Optimize UI designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  7. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  8. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Experience:
  3. 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
  4. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
  6. Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.

Skills and Expertise

  1. Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools.
  2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  3. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  4. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
