RequirementsA bachelor's degree in computer science/software engineering, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Python & Django Developer.Strong knowledge of Wagtail CMS and its integration with Django.Should have a strong background in web development and a passion for creating high-quality, user-friendly websites.Proficiency in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.Must be well-versed in the latest JavaScript libraries.Strong knowledge of Wagtail CMS Libraries.Develop theme-based dynamic templates in Wagtail CMS based on the UI/UX design & implement the same in the backend for content updation.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git / SVN).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative approach.Strong communication skills.Good understanding of SQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite & Implement and maintain database models and relationships.Knowledge of REST APIs & develop web applications using the Django frameworkKnowledge of front-end languages to create seamless user experiencesKnowledge of GIGW 3.0 guidelines is an added extra advantage.

ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with stakeholders and front-end developers.Design, create, and implement web applicationsCreate tests to identify and fix bugs in softwareUtilize the Django framework to design and implement Python codeCheck for incorrectly written code and debug itDesign and implement Python code using the Django framework.Identify and fix bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code.Identify and fix software bugs.Optimize Django applications for speed and efficiency.Create a wide variety of unit tests to verify the functionality of software.Manage the security of the Application.
