This is a middle-level position perfect for professionals with strong communication skills, proven team leadership abilities, and in-depth knowledge of auditing standards and compliance requirements. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about auditing and compliance, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Audit Planning & Execution Lead and manage statutory, internal, and tax audit assignments. Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory frameworks. Compliance Management Monitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Provide expert advice on audit and compliance-related matters. Team Leadership Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members. Allocate resources efficiently and resolve team-related challenges. Audit Documentation Ensure high-quality audit documentation as per standards. Review working papers and final reports for accuracy and completeness. Client Engagement Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and provide updates. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications Educational Background Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in a CA firm. Semi-qualified professionals (CA Inter) with substantial exposure to Big 4 firms or equivalent. Experience 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in auditing and compliance. Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple assignments. Technical Expertise Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards (e.g., ICAI Standards on Auditing). Proficiency in audit documentation and modern tools. Soft Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset. Why Join Us?
