Audit cum Compliance Manager

to join our team. Audit Planning & ExecutionLead and manage statutory, internal, and tax audit assignments.Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.Compliance ManagementMonitor compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Provide expert advice on audit and compliance-related matters.Team LeadershipSupervise, mentor, and develop junior team members.Allocate resources efficiently and resolve team-related challenges.Audit DocumentationEnsure high-quality audit documentation as per standards.Review working papers and final reports for accuracy and completeness.Client EngagementCommunicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and provide updates.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Qualifications

Educational BackgroundChartered Accountant (CA) with relevant experience in a CA firm.Semi-qualified professionals (CA Inter) with substantial exposure to Big 4 firms or equivalent.Experience3–5 years of post-qualification experience in auditing and compliance.Proven track record of leading teams and managing multiple assignments.Technical ExpertiseComprehensive knowledge of auditing standards (e.g., ICAI Standards on Auditing).Proficiency in audit documentation and modern tools.Soft SkillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Leadership qualities with a collaborative mindset.Why Join Us?
