They are responsible for the front-of-house activities, including the layout of the venue, food and beverage service, and staff management.Only Mumbai candidature will be considered.Hotel/ Hospitality/Banquet Experience is must.ResponsibilitiesPlanning : Plan the layout of the venue, including the setup for food and beverage services.Staff management : Hire and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and chefsCommunication : Communicate with clients, staff, vendors, and other stakeholdersProblem solving : Anticipate potential problems and prevent them from occurringLeadership : Manage and motivate a team, delegate responsibilities, and make quick decisionsEvent coordination : Coordinate food and beverage delivery, and ensure that events meet or exceed client expectations.
