A banquet manager plans and oversees events like banquets, weddings, and conferences. They are responsible for the front-of-house activities, including the layout of the venue, food and beverage service, and staff management. Only Mumbai candidature will be considered. Hotel/ Hospitality/Banquet Experience is must.ResponsibilitiesPlanning: Plan the layout of the venue, including the setup for food and beverage services.Staff management: Hire and supervise staff, including servers, bartenders, and chefsCommunication: Communicate with clients, staff, vendors, and other stakeholdersProblem solving: Anticipate potential problems and prevent them from occurringLeadership: Manage and motivate a team, delegate responsibilities, and make quick decisionsEvent coordination: Coordinate food and beverage delivery, and ensure that events meet or exceed client expectations.
