The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.Job Description Overview:As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of multi-state, weekly payroll for our Restaurant team members at assigned locations.Successful candidates are passionate and enthusiastic about helping others, eager to learn new skills, and are detail oriented. They enjoy problem solving in a fast-pacedenvironment based in our Hyderabad Support Center.Responsibilities:Process, audit, review, and reconcile restaurant payrolls on a weekly basisMaintain a high level of customer service through timely responses to emails and ticketsMaintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related itemsAssist Operations with payroll and data entry correctionsAssist with research and resolution for all payroll related mattersAssist with correcting job codes, rates, and wage reclassification requestsInput missing hoursInput mileage, per diem and tip adjustmentsResearch Wisely message / ADP Failure ticketsAssist with audit reportsHandle mail for garnishments and verification of employmentOther duties as assignedEducation & Experience Qualifications:High school diploma requiredUndergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred1 – 2 years of payroll processing experience requiredExperience with Workday or comparable software a plusKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong computer skills / Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills with great attention to detailMust have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesAbility to work in a highly structured team environmentAbility to maintain strict adherence to outlined proceduresAbility to have a flexible work schedule due to work volume fluctuations
