Planning and Analysis Lead

The Associate Vice President of Strategy & Planning will be responsible for leading the strategic planning process for the organization, as well as ensuring that the organization's goals and objectives are aligned with its mission and values. The Associate Vice President will oversee the development and execution of strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive analysis, and risk assessment, and will collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize key initiatives to drive growth and achieve business objectives. Lead the development of the strategic plans for our clients and ensure alignment with their mission and values. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks for our clients Lead the development of business cases to support strategic initiatives and evaluate the potential impact on our clients Develop and implement strategic planning processes and frameworks to ensure alignment with the brand’s goals and objectives. Manage a team of strategy and planning professionals across India, providing guidance and mentorship to support their growth and development. Partner with other functional leaders to ensure the integration of strategic plans into tactical plans and business operations. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. ~7+ years of experience in strategic planning, or a related field, preferably in the advertising industry ~ Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams. ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience conducting market and competitive analysis. ~ Strong business acumen, with experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
