Job Role: Graphic Designer

Salary: Upto 6 lakhs

Type: Full Time


We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Social Media Marketing Agency. As a Graphic Designer with 2 or 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' brand identities and enhancing their online presence across various social media platforms. Your innovative designs will captivate audiences, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


Design and Creativity:

Create visually appealing and compelling graphics, including social media posts, banners, infographics, ad visuals, and other digital assets that align with clients' brand guidelines and campaign objectives.


Content Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to develop designs that effectively convey the intended message, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and target audience preferences.


Client Engagement:

Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements, provide creative recommendations, and present design concepts that address their marketing goals.


Visual Consistency:

Maintain consistency in design across all platforms and campaigns, ensuring a unified brand image and experience for clients.


Adaptation and Optimization:

Modify designs as necessary for different social media platforms and ad formats, optimizing visuals for various screen sizes and user behaviors.


Market Trends:

Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in graphic design and social media marketing, applying them to improve the quality and effectiveness of your work.


Timely Delivery:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work even under time constraints.


Feedback Incorporation:

Actively seek feedback from clients and team members, and incorporate suggestions to refine designs and enhance their impact.


File Management:

Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation to ensure easy access and collaboration.



Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and effective designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their design requirements, and user behaviors.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, composition, and typography.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and strategies, particularly in the context of social media.
