Dhruva Space is looking for a Creatives Marketing Associate who will be part of the company’s creative initiatives that enhance the company's brand presence and drive marketing objectives. This role requires a deep interest in the Space industry, a keen eye for design, and the ability to conceptualise and implement creative ideas -- be it videos, photography, eye-catching graphics, and merchandise -- across various platforms. The hired candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling and impactful content that captivates our audience, promotes our products and services, and communicates our brand story effectively. This role, located at the Company’s Headquarters in Hyderabad, provides the opportunity to gain vital experience and knowledge of the Marketing process, as well as the opportunity to work with one of India’s leading private Space companies. ‍ NOTE TO APPLICANTS: As part of our thorough interview process, we include a task designed to showcase your skills and capabilities to our hiring team. This task serves as an opportunity for you to demonstrate your strengths and suitability for the role. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Work closely with the PR, Communications & Marketing team to execute creative strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals and brand identity; ● Conceptualise and produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, infographics, and interactive presentations, highlighting the company's achievements, products, and services; ● Create visually appealing marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets for online and offline campaigns; ● Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity; and ● Adapt creative assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing, print media, and events, ensuring optimal engagement and impact. Candidate Requirements: ● Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various media platforms; ● Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and video editing tools; ● Proficiency in crafting marketing-related copy for both internal and external purposes and assisting in the creation of valuable content, encompassing guides, presentations, and infographics; ● Strong portfolio in motion graphics and animation is a must, enhancing our ability to createengaging and dynamic visual content; ● Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines; ● Growing interest in Space industry trends is highly desirable; ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams; ● Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into visually appealing content; ● Strong attention to detail and a passion for innovation and creativity; and ● Familiarity with digital marketing trends and best practices is an advantage.
