The Experiential Marketing Manager will be the key architect behind the in-store experience and Global Brand Partnerships. The core of this role encompasses building, maintaining and driving the Galleries Lafayette instore experiential marketing in India. This role will reflect the brand strategy and communication, awareness, footfall targets, and engagement through ongoing experiential initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years in the following industries- Luxury, alcohol, hospitality, retail, brand partnerships, events and activations Industries. Experience with monetized collaborations and sponsorships is a plus. Preferably male and Mumbai based. a strong understanding of luxury retail experiential marketing strategy, experiential go-to market campaigns, brand partnerships, Key-customer engagement (HNI) and event management, with a passion for luxury retail. Experiential marketing, footfall targets and Consumer experience Conceptualize and execute luxury experiential marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and increase customer walk-ins at the store. Continuously work on improving consumer experience by elevated customer engagement and designing solutions for customer retention. Develop and manage a comprehensive experiential marketing calendar, including Brand partnership relations, conceptualizing and executing collaborative partnerships. The GL experiential marketing calendar includes but is not limited to creation and maintenance of experiential marketing guidelines. Create and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all experiential marketing channels and customer touchpoints at store. Experiential Marketing Custodian across stake holders Act as the key custodian of the Galleries Lafayette experiential marketing and its execution at store level. Oversee key customer (HNI/ UHNI) interaction at events, activation and brand partnerships Develop and establish relationships with Global brand Partners and drive collaborations that add value to the on-ground and instore experience. Explore, develop and execute Brand Partnerships with portfolio brands and designers. Develop and establish relationships agencies (Events & activations, creative, digital & media), consultants and partners, establish budgets for each and track ROI Conceptualize and launch weekly, weekend vibes, monthly and seasonal go-to-market campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive significant relevant footfalls. Identify, conceptualize and execute suitable events, activations, and brand partnerships for brand GL. Identify insights that will enable brand differentiation and offer the business a competitive edge in the market. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of brand events, activations and partnerships and their effectiveness. Lead the planning and execution of in-store events, promotions, and activations. Beauty Marketing and activations Plan, strategize, and execute marketing programs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market with a focus on category growth and market share. Lead the planning and execution of in-store activations & events, promotions, and activations. Seasonal Opportunities ~ Strategically leverage key cultural events such as Diwali, weddings, Christmas etc to create unique marketing opportunities and promotions. Digital & Social Media Marketing Collaborate with digital and social teams to develop social media strategies that enhance brand experience and engagement at stores. Monitor trends and adapt strategies to maintain relevance and luxury experience by leveraging the digital landscape. Content Creation Oversee content capture & creation from stores across all categories, during events, activations and brand partnerships. Collaborate with digital, content & creative teams to produce compelling visual and written content. Establish and develop strategic long-term partnerships with brands, Opportunistic alliances across all categories and business priorities. Actively procure strategic and qualitative sponsorship partnerships with internal and external brands for GL events, venues, IP’s. Shoulder all trade marketing objectives. Owning and overseeing all brand partnerships from pitch to final execution to ensure all partner brand guidelines and objectives are fulfilled. Manage internal communications for all experiential marketing and brand partnerships, including internal stakeholder alignment, efficient relations, and crisis management.
