Hi Folks,We are currently hiring for multiple HR roles with a Leading firm based in Mumbai and Pune.Designation: HR & Sr. Hr Executive (Mumbai)Location: Thane/Pune/ ChemburShift-Dayshift /6days working with Sunday fixed offNotice: Immediate Joiners only1.For HR Executive:Salary- For Hr executive ( 2lpa-3.60lpa)for HR executive _ 1-2yrs of experienceRecruitment RoleLoc: Chembur /Thane2.For Sr .Hr (Upto 5lpa -6lpa)min 3-5yrs of exp is mandateNotice: Immediate Joiners onlyrecruitment RoleLoc: Thane OnlyKey Responsibilities for (Jr & Sr. HR- Mumbai):90% recruitment & 20 % Operation roleEnd to End recruitment process, selection, joining formalities, exit formalitiesScreening, interviewing, offer letter making.Manage employee lifecycle processesPortal usage(Naukri/LinkedIn/Apna jobs)onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenanceOversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.Support employee engagement initiatives and address HR-related queries.Qualifications & Skills:2–6 years overall relevant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate), with exposure tomanaging hiring across multiple functionsStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skillsProficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), ATS, and HRMS systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and data analysisAbility to handle pressure and meet tight deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.I nterested candidate kindly share your cv at or wa/me - Regards,Khushi RaneHr.
