Job Description: Maintenance Incharge - ETP, RO & ZLD Plant Oversee daily equipment maintenance of ETP, RO, and ZLD systems. Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all the equipment and its preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance compliance to have 100% equipment available. Location: Renukoot, Uttar Pradesh. Position: Maintenance Incharge/Supervisor - Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) & Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Plant Key Responsibilities: Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules Handle breakdown maintenance and minimize downtime Maintain 100% equipment availability for equipment like pumps, motors, blowers, filters, compressors, and chemical dosing systems Compliance & Safety Maintain safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits Ensure proper disposal of sludge and hazardous waste Following Veolia and customer guidelines while working. Team Management: Supervise maintenance team and contractors Provide training to the maintenance staff Coordinate with production and other departments Documentation & Reporting: Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and records on laptop and hardcopies Prepare monthly reports on plant performance and maintenance activities in MS word, excel, power point. Manage spare parts & consumable inventory and procurement Procurement of spares and consumables for the plant. Qualifications: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering 5-8 years of experience in ETP/RO/ZLD plant maintenance Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment Understanding of environmental regulations and safety standards Skills Required: Strong technical and troubleshooting skills Leadership and team management abilities Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of SCADA/PLC systems (preferred)
