Job Description: Maintenance Incharge - ETP, RO & ZLD PlantOversee daily equipment maintenance of ETP, RO, and ZLD systems. Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all the equipment and its preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance compliance to have 100% equipment available.Location: Renukoot, Uttar Pradesh.Position: Maintenance Incharge/Supervisor - Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) & Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) PlantKey Responsibilities:Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedulesHandle breakdown maintenance and minimize downtimeMaintain 100% equipment availability for equipment like pumps, motors, blowers, filters, compressors, and chemical dosing systemsCompliance & SafetyMaintain safety protocols and conduct regular safety auditsEnsure proper disposal of sludge and hazardous wasteFollowing Veolia and customer guidelines while working.Team Management:Supervise maintenance team and contractorsProvide training to the maintenance staffCoordinate with production and other departmentsDocumentation & Reporting:Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and records on laptop and hardcopiesPrepare monthly reports on plant performance and maintenance activities in MS word, excel, power point.Manage spare parts & consumable inventory and procurementProcurement of spares and consumables for the plant.Qualifications:B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering5-8 years of experience in ETP/RO/ZLD plant maintenanceKnowledge of water treatment processes and equipmentUnderstanding of environmental regulations and safety standardsSkills Required:Strong technical and troubleshooting skillsLeadership and team management abilitiesGood communication and coordination skillsKnowledge of SCADA/PLC systems (preferred)
