Test Manager, Automation (Playwright/Selenium) Experience Required: 12+ years Location: Andheri Team Size: Manage 18–20 members or greater (8–9 squads) Key Responsibilities • Lead automation testing initiatives for a corporate lending/origination platform. • Manage a mid-sized team of testers while being hands-on with automation. • Collaborate with technical stakeholders (developers, architects) and handle pressure situations effectively. • Deliver test management activities including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. • Drive quality assurance in fast-paced client environments. Must-Have Skills • Strong hands-on automation experience using Playwright with Java/Python (preferred). • Alternatively, Selenium with Java experience is acceptable. • Prior experience as Test Manager with both technical and managerial responsibilities. • Strong people management skills (80% technical + 20% management blend). • Ability to manage client-side technical stakeholders (developers). Nice-to-Have Skills • Development background or coding exposure. • Banking domain (Corporate Lending/Loan Origination).
