Role - HR Analytics


Location - Mumbai


Role & Responsibilities:

  • The incumbent will be responsible to transform HR Data into actionable insights that drive strategic HR decisions & improve organizational success. Designing and implementing comprehensive people analytics strategies to support various sub functions within HR.
  • This role involves developing HR metrics, producing statistical and predictive models, and identifying trends to improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • Led the development and maintenance of People Analytics Dashboards, providing comprehensive insights into various stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Design and build a suite of standard and custom reports for HR and business leaders.
  • Crafting improved ways of visualizing insights gained from complex organizational and
  • people data.
  • Collaborating with HR business partners and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, translating them into actionable analytics solutions and recommendations.


THE INDIVIDUAL:

  • Proven experience in HR analytics or a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis and HR reporting.
  • Skilled in advanced statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data visualization techniques to uncover actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR analytics.
