In this role, you will play a key part in driving the adoption and optimization of our CRM systems, ensuring they effectively meet the needs of the business. You will be responsible for managing stakeholders, vendors, and projects, leading a small team, and utilizing your strong analytical and communication skills to drive successKey Responsibilities:* Partner with business stakeholders to understand CRM needs and translate them into actionable requirements* Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize system usage and drive adoption* Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and system performance* Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party application partners* Lead and manage CRM related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints* Provide ongoing support and training to CRM users* Lead and manage a team of CRM analysts, delegating tasks and providing guidance* Continuously monitor and analyze CRM data to identify opportunities for improvement* Prepare reports and dashboards to track key metrics and present findings to stakeholders.* This role requires a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday work. Qualifications:* 7-10 years of experience in a relevant field* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B. E./B. Tech) + a Management qualification (MBA preferred)* Strong domain expertise in CRM, preferably with experience in Lead Squared and Salesforce* Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholders, including senior leadership (CXOs) to obtain buy-in, sign-offs, and unblock execution roadblocks* Experience in vendor management, including handling OEMs and other third-party application partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work* Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and track deliverables aligned with business criticality* Team management experience, leading a team of 4-5 resources and ensuring equitable workload distribution based on individual skills* Strong logical and critical thinking abilities with a go-getter attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile* Excellent interpersonal communication skills Additional Desirable Skills:* Prior experience in development and solutioning* Experience with project management tools like Jira* Experience in architecture design and building frameworks
