We're building a brand-new appointment setting team in the life and health insurance industry — and this is your chance to be part of the founding groupAs a Remote Appointment Setter, you'll be speaking with pre-qualified leads and booking consultations for licensed agents across the U.S. All scripts, tools, and leads are provided — no cold calling or selling. Training is delivered by industry veterans based in the U.S., and you'll work fully from home with performance coaching and career growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to warm leads using our dialer and CRM.Follow a scripted format to educate leads and schedule appointments.Input detailed notes and statuses into the CRM after each call.Meet or exceed daily and weekly booking goals.Participate in coaching sessions and team meetings.Requirements:Strong English communication skills, spoken and written.Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections.Reliable internet, power backup, computer, and smartphone.Motivated, consistent, and able to follow instructions.Prior experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.Perks:100% remote, work-from-home role.Training provided by top performers in the insurance industry.Clear growth path in a fast-scaling department.Supportive and ambitious team culture.
