Job Title: Junior Human Resource Associate
Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)
Qualifications: MBA in Human Resource Management
Work Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience in Human Resource.
Probation Period: 6 months
Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth integration into the organization.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and prepare HR-related reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including events, feedback sessions, and surveys.
- Coordinate training sessions, track participation, and gather feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Provide support in the performance management process, including appraisal coordination and data tracking.
- Assist in handling employee queries and escalating issues to senior HR staff when necessary.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
