The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing our internal and external communications strategies as well as have a passion for design with an eagerness to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of a creative agency. You’ll work closely with the design team to develop compelling messaging, write engaging content, and ensure our brand story is effectively communicated across all channels.


Key Responsibilities :
  • Content Creation : Write and edit a variety of content, including blog posts, social media updates, website copy, email campaigns, and press releases that align with our brand voice.
  • Brand Communication : Help maintain and evolve the agency’s communication strategy and tone to ensure consistency across all external and internal touchpoints.
  • Social Media Management : Manage the agency’s social media accounts, craft engaging posts, monitor engagement, and support campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Media Relations : Assist in building relationships with key media contacts and preparing press materials to support PR efforts.
  • Internal Communication : Support internal communication initiatives to keep the team informed about agency updates, milestones, and projects.
  • Project Collaboration : Work closely with the client teams to ensure seamless relationship management for ongoing projects.


Skills & Qualifications :
  • Experience : Under 1 year of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field. Internships or freelance experience in a design agency or creative environment are a plus.
  • Writing Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Creativity : A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and contribute fresh ideas to enhance communications efforts.
  • Social Media Savvy : Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of work.
  • Tech-Savvy : Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media management tools.
  • Passion for Design : A keen interest in design, branding, and marketing, with a desire to work in a creative agency setting.
