About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Marketing and Community Manager to shape and execute the digital voice of The Morning Club. The ideal candidate is a social media wizard with a knack for storytelling, community building, and content creation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote the club and its events on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content such as posts, reels, carousels, and stories to build an online buzz.
  • Partner with influencers to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Manage member onboarding by engaging with potential members and reviewing applications.
  • Build and nurture an online community, fostering conversations around productivity, coffee culture, and meaningful mornings.
  • Handle live event coverage on social media platforms.



What We’re Looking For:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with 1 year or more of relevant experience in social media marketing or community management.
  • Strong storytelling, creative, and visual content skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Instagram Insights, and scheduling platforms.
  • Passion for community building and engaging with audiences.
